WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY

ALL BARE KNUCKLE CHOPPERS PARTS ARE MADE IN THE USA OF DOMESTIC MATERIALS BY AMERICAN HANDS.

No warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stresses placed on motorcycle parts and motorcycles and we have no control over how they are installed and used.

No refunds or returns, credit, or exchange on CUSTOM parts, sale, discontinued, or discounted items. All returns are subject to our inspection for determination for a refund, credit, or exchange. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Approved returns, within 15 days of purchase, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable and customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees. No freight returns will be accepted. Returned items must be in like-new condition in original packaging and Bare Knuckle must authorize in advance.

SHIPPING TERMS

All domestic shipments will be sent via Federal Express Ground or Home Delivery Service. Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipping are available during checkout for an additional charge. International orders are usually shipped via the US Postal Service or FedEx. Please contact us for competitive rates.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for most products unless otherwise noted. BKC Frames, Springers, Pipes and Controls will take longer due to the nature of these parts being made to order, coating, etc. Please call directly for our current lead time. Lead times are subject to change at any time and Bare Knuckle will not be held responsible due to the nature of custom manufacturing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to issues calculating various international shipping prices and fuel surcharges, all non-U.S. orders will either be billed separately using Paypal money request after an order is placed via Paypal, or, included with the order via credit card over the phone after a shipping quote is given. Please email or telephone us with your order requests and complete shipping address information and we will gladly get you a quote.
